In short, we digitize all formats of old media, including tapes, film reels, photos and more. Here is a list of all the formats we accept.

How long will it take to get my digitized memories?

You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.

Will my original items be returned?

Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.  

*What is an item for a Time Capsule Kit?

Below is more information on what is considered an item:

• 1 videotape = 1 item
• 1 film reel = 1 item
• 25 slides = 1 item
• 25 photo prints = 1 item
• 25 negatives = 1 item
• 1 digital media device = 1 item

I ordered a Time Capsule Kit, but I need to add more items. What should I do?

No problem! Please add additional items in the kit. We will invoice you at the rate of $18 per additional item added.

What will I receive?

First of all, you will receive the original media you mailed to us. You will also receive a digital copy of each media in a downloadable format, plus any additional devices you ordered, such as a USB thumb drive and DVDs.

**How do you guarantee results?

When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
